After the week I’ve had, nothing like starting the day with a contract being assigned! Thanks for the help as always too, to my man Fredys Castro. This was another new challenge for me and I love challenges. Was able to help someone in a market that I do not have many active cash buyers in. With Fredys, we got a buyer the SAME DAY contract was signed with seller. Let’s keep it rolling! 🙂
